Use of the service
Use NowUme only for lawful personal communication with trusted contacts. You are responsible for the information and media you add.
User content
Do not upload or share illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, abusive, or rights-infringing content. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or preserve records when needed for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity.
Safety features
Safety notifications and emergency-contact tools are provided as supportive features and are not a replacement for emergency services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.
Accounts
You may sign out or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, or legal reasons.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
